About the role
We are looking for an experienced corporate finance executive for our mergers and acquisitions advisory team. This person will be responsible for leading transaction execution, supported by an Associate Director. Principal tasks will include setting and maintaining project plans, managing the preparation of Information Memorandums and financial models, approaching and managing targets, negotiating transaction terms, managing relationships with clients and other advisors, supervising support staff, and assuming overall responsibility for the delivery of transaction outcomes.
While the role is focused on transaction execution, you will also be expected to build and maintain networks to generate new business development. You will work within a high performance team culture, which encourages independent thinking and also values learning from our collective experiences. The role is a critical contributor to the success of the team and the remuneration model is structured to ensure that you share in that success.
