InterFinancial welcomes Jake Moyle and David Pollard
21.9.2026InterFinancial is pleased to welcome Jake Moyle and David Pollard to InterFinancial as Associate Directors, bringing more than two decades of combined M&A, advisory and commercial experience.
Jake returns to InterFinancial from EY-Parthenon. As Associate Director – Defence there, he restructured sustainment contracts worth more than $1bn and ran rapid acquisition processes for the Australian Department of Defence. He also spent four years building operational capability at Melbourne Victory FC. Jake adds deep expertise in the defence and sport sectors to our offering. Outside work, you’ll find him on the golf course or cheering on Chelsea.
David has spent more than ten years in M&A and capital markets across Australia and the United States. He joins us from REA Group, where he led acquisitions, partnerships and investments, including REA’s A$12bn bid for Rightmove. Before that, he spent eight years with J.P. Morgan in Melbourne and New York, working on transactions such as QIC’s A$2.3bn investment in Vector Metering and the A$919m IPO of Reliance Worldwide. He has worked on both the advisory and corporate sides of deals, so he understands what buyers, sellers and boards need. David will focus on industrials, technology and business services.
