InterFinancial Corporate Finance Limited (“InterFinancial”) respects and protects your privacy as set out in the following Policy. This version of this policy is effective from 1 June 2023. If you contact us using the Contact Page, InterFinancial will collect your name, e-mail address and the reason for your contact. If you wish to be contacted by us by phone, you can choose to provide a contact telephone number.
InterFinancial may ask you for further information to provide you with advice and/or financial services.
Use and disclosure
InterFinancial only collects information that is necessary for us to perform our functions. The personal information InterFinancial has collected from you as a client is necessary for one or more of our services or activities provided to you. If, at a future date, InterFinancial seeks to use the or disclose the information for a different purpose, we will contact you to seek your consent for this additional use or disclosure.
InterFinancial will obtain the information from you and store into a secure third party CRM. If it is necessary for InterFinancial to disclose your personal information to different third parties, we will contact you and obtain your consent for this disclosure.

InterFinancial will store your personal information physically and electronically. It may store the information with reputable third party data-storage providers. Where this occurs, contractual arrangements will be put in place to ensure the provider takes appropriate measures to protect the privacy of the stored information but we cannot guarantee that data is absolutely safe from intrusion by others.
InterFinancial will ensure that in relation to any personal information it holds that it will take such steps as are reasonable in the circumstances to protect the information from:

What personal information we may collect from our clients and other stakeholders
Depending on the service provided and the individual circumstances of our clients, InterFinancial can hold the following kind of personal information for our clients.

- Employment details (eg. Where we collect staff details for DD)
- Education details (eg. where we collect CVs or bios)
- Financial information – including bank details, and financial assets
- Information about significant third parties – business partners, accountants and legal advisers.
- Trade and professional services
- ‘Sensitive information’ such as trade and professional associations.

InterFinancial uses Google Analytics to capture statistical information for use in improving the content and useability of our website and to our online offerings.

InterFinancial will only collect personal information from our clients to deliver our services to them and will only use and disclose this information in accordance with this Policy, personally agreed arrangements and all relevant laws including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

As an Australian Financial Services Licence holder, InterFinancial is required to have an internal complaints-handling mechanism.
