We’re delighted to welcome Kate Drew to InterFinancial as Chief of Staff.
Kate has spent more than 22 years alongside founders and CEOs, helping them build and scale their businesses from both the executive table and the boardroom. Working closely with our Executive Chair, she will lead strategic initiatives and continuous improvement, giving our leaders and advisers the clarity and momentum to focus on what matters most for clients.
Most recently, Kate spent more than six years as Chief People Officer for a founder-owned family office, supporting businesses as they grew, acquired and integrated companies across four continents. She has also served as a Non-Executive Director, so she understands what founders need from their business before and after a transaction.
Kate is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a mentor with the Minerva Network. Outside work, she’s usually planning her next overseas escape or hunting down the perfect truffle cheese and Champagne pairing.
