28.5.2026

Commit Works is a Brisbane-based software company serving the mining and metals industry. Its CiteOps platform digitises shift-level planning, resource allocation, task coordination and production tracking, connecting the short-term plan to what actually happens on shift across underground coal, open cut, underground hardrock and smelter operations globally.

Datamine is the world’s leading provider of technology to plan and manage mining operations, ranked number one in GlobalData’s 2025 Global Mine Site Survey. It operates across twenty countries and serves over 6,000 clients, covering exploration and resource modelling through to fleet management and sustainability.

By integrating Commit Works’ capabilities, Datamine strengthens its portfolio to more effectively connect planning and production, delivering a seamless and comprehensive solution for mine operations.

InterFinancial managed a diverse investor group through the process, coordinated due diligence and negotiated commercial terms, achieving a successful outcome for the Commit Works’ shareholders.

InterFinancial acted as exclusive financial advisor to Commit Works.

“It was a pleasure working with the InterFinancial team. They demonstrated drive and commitment to get the deal done, juggling the disparate needs of the stakeholders whilst managing the project plan and keeping all parties communicating and informed. I would gladly work with InterFinancial again.”

Lyle Bruce, Partner, Resource Capital Funds

Those are the right questions. But they’re not always the only ones that matter. Embedded in both is an assumption; that the […]
