Anuk provides strategic M&A and transaction advice to business owners across diverse industries, with a focus on preparing businesses for sale, shaping the right transaction strategy, and managing deals to maximise value.
He has over 13 years of experience in M&A advisory in Australia, bringing a strong combination of technical and hands-on experience to every engagement. He started his career as a software engineer before pivoting to infrastructure finance at a leading private sector bank in India. After moving to Australia, he worked at a Sydney-based boutique corporate advisory firm and subsequently at EY where he spent six years as an M&A adviser. Since joining InterFinancial in 2021, Anuk played a key role in numerous successful transactions including Consillion, Poolwerx, Unitywater, Core Asset Co, MIPAC among others.
Drawing on solid technical and financial foundations, complemented by sharp analytical skills and a deeply commercial mindset, Anuk has the unique ability to see the big picture, navigate deal complexity with confidence, and shape strategies that deliver real results. All while keeping his clients’ goals at the heart of every decision.
Outside of work, Anuk enjoys playing chess and values spending time with his family and friends.
