Lola started with InterFinancial in a temporary administrative role and over the years, has become a critical senior leadership team member as the Manager of Corporate Services. Her ability to stay calm under pressure, deliver quality work efficiently and be a fun, positive leader of our workplace culture has seen her steadily progress through the ranks to the role she now holds, overseeing Finance, Administration, Marketing and HR functions.
After taking a few years back in her homeland of New Zealand, our Executive Chair, Sharon Doyle, went over and convinced her to return to InterFinancial, an opportunity Lola grabbed with both hands. Along the way, Lola gained qualifications in Finance, Business Administration and recently completed the General Management Program at Melbourne Business School in 2024. Lola is the backbone of our business in many ways, holding it all together to allow the team to do quality work and achieve more for our clients.
