Will thrives on his ability to articulate technical and complicated concepts to a diverse audience. He’s responsible for building financial models, preparing transaction documentation and supporting the senior team through every stage of the deal lifecycle, from the first pitch to deal execution. His focus is always on giving clients the clarity and confidence they need to make the right decisions.  

Before stepping into M&A, Will worked in corporate finance and infrastructure advisory. He’s advised on some of Queensland’s biggest infrastructure and energy projects, including a major water sector contract critical to the state’s long-term service delivery. He’s also worked closely with Queensland Treasury and Energy Queensland, delivering economic and energy market modelling that directly shaped investment and strategic planning.  

With past experiences at TSA Riley and Equifax, Will brings both technical skill and commercial insight to every engagement. Clients know they can trust him to be upfront and objective even if that means recommending they walk away from a deal. He values the professional relationships he builds, both within and beyond the workplace. 

Outside the office, you’ll usually find Will sitting around a campfire without reception or faithfully cheering on the Broncos and Lions.
