Lachie thrives in the detail and the big picture. As an Associate, he supports clients through the full deal lifecycle, with a focus on financial modelling and commercial analysis. He helps clients understand what’s really driving value in a transaction, where the risks sit and what it all means in practical terms.
With five years’ experience across infrastructure and corporate finance, Lachie has worked on a range of projects spanning energy, transport, water, mining and social infrastructure. He’s known for combining detailed financial analysis with practical, solutions-focused thinking to support confident decision-making for both private and public sector clients.
Before joining the team, Lachie held advisory roles at TSA Riley and AECOM, along with earlier experience in contract management and legal environments. A recent highlight includes acting as Buy-Side Investment Advisor and Lead Financial Modeller on the acquisition of the Horsham Solar Farm and BESS from OX2 in 2024, a landmark transaction valued at AUD$350m.
Lachie is valued for his thoughtful approach, commercial instincts and genuine commitment to client outcomes. Outside the office, he enjoys fishing and playing golf.
