Andrew joined InterFinancial in 2014, bringing with him a diverse commercial background in property development, construction structured finance, capital and equity markets, and general corporate advisory services.
Andrew gained his property development experience in South Africa, focusing on the redevelopment of industrial structures. Since migrating to Australia in 2001, he continued his focus on property development and related finance as Director at Novus Capital and Partner at Luminar International. Following the financial downturn, Andrew made a definitive change from property to the merger and acquisition market.
His current focus is capital raisings and business succession. Andrews’s key strength is his ability to qualify genuine opportunities and ensure expectations of all parties are aligned from the outset to ensure positive outcomes.
