Over the course of his 13-year career in private equity and 20-year career as a Senior Director, Kalum has worked closely with the investor community and lending associations to build and lead high-performance teams across the globe.
Kalum’s expertise in funding, due diligence and commercial negotiations has seen him manage the investment and divestment process for a range of high growth businesses across various jurisdictions. With a passion for building business value through strategic initiatives, Kalum has a keen interest in productivity gains, team motivation and cost-optimisation.
A qualified Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), Kalum holds both a Master of Business Administration and Master of Professional Accounting (Queensland University of Technology).
